These Terms of Service govern your use of tapreviews.store and purchases from TapReviews. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using our store

You must use the store lawfully and must not interfere with its security, operation, or other users. You must provide accurate, current information when ordering and keep account credentials secure.

Products and availability

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary between screens, and measurements may have reasonable tolerances. Products are supplied subject to availability. We may correct genuine errors, update information, or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received the order; acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfilment or dispatch. We may reject or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailability, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, delivery restrictions, or inability to verify payment or address details. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

Prices and payment

Prices and applicable shipping charges are displayed before checkout. The currency shown at checkout applies to your order. You authorise the selected payment provider to charge the total shown. Taxes, duties, and other charges are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may arrive in separate parcels. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms.

Consumer rights

Australian customers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Customers elsewhere may also have mandatory rights under local law. These terms, our policies, and any supplier or manufacturer warranty operate in addition to those rights.

Intellectual property

The store’s content, branding, text, graphics, and layout are owned by or licensed to TapReviews and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, or exploit protected content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links

Our store relies on third parties such as Shopify, payment providers, suppliers, and carriers. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for matters outside our reasonable control, subject to rights that cannot be excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapReviews is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. Where liability cannot be excluded but may lawfully be limited, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. This section does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer guarantee or other non-excludable right.

Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and will provide remedies required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms prospectively to reflect changes to our store, practices, or legal obligations. The terms displayed when you place an order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable laws of the Australian state or territory connected with the transaction, without restricting any mandatory rights available where you live.
