These Terms of Service govern your use of tapreviews.store and purchases made from TapReviews.

By accessing our website, using our services or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. USING OUR STORE

You must use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

Your order is accepted when we confirm fulfilment or dispatch.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

The total price, delivery charges and applicable taxes will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

By submitting an order, you authorise the selected payment provider to charge the displayed total.

We may correct an obvious pricing error. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item for a refund.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

TapReviews uses third-party suppliers to fulfil and dispatch physical products.

Products from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We currently ship to Australia and the United States.

Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed during checkout where applicable. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees imposed by the destination country.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before returning a product because the correct return address may differ from the address shown on the parcel.

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

  1. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Australian customers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation when a product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Customers in other locations may also have mandatory rights under local consumer-protection laws.

These Terms of Service, our store policies and any supplier or manufacturer warranty operate in addition to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it
• It is accurate and based on your genuine experience

• It is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading
• It does not contain malicious software or undisclosed advertising

You grant TapReviews a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use submitted content for operating and promoting the store.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Our store relies on third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, product suppliers, fulfilment partners and delivery carriers.

By using our website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers required to operate the store, process payments and fulfil orders.
